Refund policy
We want you to love your Rudie. That is why every order comes with our 30-Day Wear Trial.
How the trial works
- Every Rudie is packed and sealed individually.
- Open and wear one pair to put it to the test.
- If it is not for you, you have 30 days from delivery to claim a refund on the remaining unworn, sealed pairs. The pair you trialled is yours to keep.
For hygiene reasons, worn or unsealed underwear cannot be returned or resold. This is standard for intimate apparel and keeps every Rudie hygienic.
Because we cannot hygienically resell returned underwear, we do not ask you to post unworn pairs back. Within your 30-day trial, just email us and we will refund your remaining sealed pairs. Keep them, gift them, or donate them to a local women's or homeless shelter, period care should never go to waste.
Faulty or incorrect items: if anything arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we always honour.
To start a return or refund, email hello@rudie.com.au with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
